The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set the official foreign exchange rate for December 28 at UAH 28.35 to the U.S. dollar, which let the nation’s nationwide currency strengthen by 11 kopiykas.

EUR 100 can be quoted at UAH 3,456.01 (UAH 3,461.56 as of December 24).
By 16:00 Kyiv time on December 24, hryvnia quotations in opposition to the dollar on the interbank foreign exchange market settled at UAH 28.38/28.40 to the dollar, whereas these in opposition to the euro have been at UAH 34.59/34.61.
