Also in the record of awardees are Lingayen city, Pangasinan Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil of PMA Class of 1976, and retired Army chief Jaime delos Santos, who served as PMA superintendent (Class 1969).
All 21 cavaliers acquired their awards on Feb. 13 in a program led by the visitor of honor, Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta.
