NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov stated this at a briefing following a NSDC assembly on Friday, February 26, an Ukrinform correspondent experiences.
According to him, Russia at one time used the instrument of twin citizenship when our [former] SBU head, protection minister, inside minister, and General Staff chief had been residents of the Russian Federation.
