The Nevada athletic division and The Brewer’s Cabinet have partnered to create Wolf Pack Ale.
The official craft beer of the University of Nevada known as an “approachable Kolsch-style ale with citrus notes” and has a 4.9 p.c alcohol quantity. Wolf Pack Ale shall be distributed by Morrey Distributing and created by The Brewer’s Cabinet, Reno-based craft brewery and restaurant.
“Craft beer is inherently local and we wanted to find a partner that has deep roots in the Northern Nevada community and was open to collaborate on this project,” mentioned Chad Hartley, Nevada’s affiliate athletics director for strategic communications, who oversees the college’s licensing program. “Our friends at The Brewer’s Cabinet checked all of the boxes and we’ve enjoyed a shared vision for this project. We’re thrilled for the launch of Wolf Pack Ale.”
The Brewer’s Cabinet proprietor Michael Connolly mentioned the partnership was an ideal match.
“From the beginning of this project, it was clear that the Wolf Pack didn’t just want a beer with their name on it, they wanted a long-term partnership on a product that we all hope becomes a fixture in Northern Nevada,” Connolly mentioned. “We can’t wait for Nevada fans to enjoy this beer at Wolf Pack games starting this fall.”
Wolf Pack Ale shall be a part of The Brewer’s Cabinet’s flagship choices and shall be out there on the restaurant and taphouse positioned on California Avenue. Wolf Pack Ale merchandise is being developed and shall be out there quickly. The undertaking was almost a yr within the making.
